Changes to Mobile Banking and Text Banking

FirstState Bank is preparing to launch our new Mobile Banking app sometime on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Here's what you need to know.

iPhone Users: Once the new app is made available in the App Store for download, the next time you launch your Mobile Banking app, the new version of the app should automatically replace the old version. It's possible, however, that you may need to uninstall/reinstall your existing app in order to begin using the newest app. (The link to the new App Store app is here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/firststate-bank-mobile/id646519100)  You'll be required to set up biometrics (Touch/Face ID) again if you had that feature enabled in the old app. You'll also be presented with new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest app.

Android Users: You'll be required to remove the old Mobile Banking app and download the new version from the Google Play Store once the new version is available. (The link to the new Google Play app is here:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apiture.xpressmobile.fsblla.sub) You'll have to set up biometrics again if you had that feature enabled in the old app. You'll also be presented with new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest app. Users who attempt to access the old application will receive the following message:

Text Banking: There's also a change for those of you who do Text Banking with FirstState. You currently text your requests to 96865. Once the new Mobile app is released, that number will change to 480-568-5877. Please note that this new number will not work until after the new app is launched.
